Inspired by the vibrant flavors from his childhood in Puglia, Francesco crafts fresh, scratch-made meals that bring family, friends, and great food together.
Mediterraneo prepares all the food served at Soup Desire Cafe in a certified commercial kitchen situated in the heart of Kamloops called The Stir.
This is also Mediterraneo head quarters for preparation of all caterings, private chef services and productions of the Mediterraneo - Ready Meals.
